With Osherov's promotion comes a restructuring for the workplace-management-software company. Over half of the company will be restructured to be under his new leadership role, Monday.com told Insider. monday.com Software

monday.com software was created to be a modern alternative to the traditional way of doing business. Monday.com was created to put people first. It works well. It is a tool that users will love to use.

There are many project management software solutions that don't allow you to manage people. They are primarily focused on projects. They provide a top-down view of all tasks, subtasks, and interdependencies. They are just resources that must keep up with projects. They are not easily visible or reachable. Traditional tools also require that you manage the project management platform by updating tasks, subtasks, and interdependencies. Traditional project management tools are losing popularity.

This applies not only to managers but also to their teams. This approach is not leading people towards quality projects. You face only one thing every day: tasks, completion dates, billing hours, updates, etc. Your team doesn't have the opportunity to lead and guide them to reach their organizational goals. They don't have a way to work together, for team members.

Templates

First, it is easy to use and customize. There are many templates available to create their first board. Second, people can share information with each other about what they are doing and where they stand on a particular project. Thirdly, it offers communication, collaboration, and analytics capabilities that allow users to stay on top of their projects.

These things all increase the sense of ownership. It makes everyone more productive. Let's take a look at the top monday.com features that place people first.
